We sell rugs and related home décor products.
Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith but may not always perfectly represent the item (e.g., due to colour variations from screen settings).

6. Orders & Payments

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or refuse any order at our discretion.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Your Rights Under UK Law:

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receipt of your goods to cancel your order for a full refund, except for:
- Custom or made-to-order rugs.
- Goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
To cancel, contact info@loomaliving.co.uk within 14 days.
Items must be returned in original, unused condition, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty.

9. Faulty Goods

If an item is faulty or misdescribed, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
